The Ostrich was created by Taos artist Donald Gialanella. It is a life scale representation of the largest living bird rendered in forged and welded steel. Donald’s stainless steel camel and horse sculpture can be seen in front of his studio located at 1208 Paseo del Pueblo Sur, right next to Taos Tin Works.
