welcome to loka.  we are an organic bakery, cafe, and art space located in taos, new mexico.  loka opened its doors on october 7, 2007.  our intent is to serve community through food, art, and refuge.  our food principles are organic, regional, seasonal.

loka resorts to the northern new mexico art scene for inspiration.  simultaneous one-person shows provide contemplative ambience we hope customers will enjoy as they partake in our daily offerings of food and drink.  our food items are made from scratch with organic ingredients and baked fresh daily.
